We are pleased to share some photos of the incomparable "La Dame aux Bas Noir" who's photos have appeared on the Tight Skirts web site in the past, and she now has her own site at: 

 We think you'll agree, La Dame is a Retroxotique woman of the first order, classical elegance in the length and slim styling of her skirt (turned out in beautiful black leather no less), and her heels and hose.  

Oh to see her walking down the street in that narrow hemmed, hobble skirt.
